The proposed development includes the construction of a 16,000-seat arena, with UNL men’s and women’s basketball as the anchor tenants; the addition of more than 7,000 parking spaces; an outdoor festival space; and public gathering areas.
Other proposed private development includes an ice center and hotel as well as retail, office and residential space.
