Customer Service Timelines
  • Same Day Inspections for issued permits if scheduled before 7:30 am may schedule inspections via phone, IVR or Internet.

  • Phone calls are returned within 24 hours

  • Residential Plans reviewed within 5 working days
    Residential re-reviews occur in 1 day

  • Commercial Plan Reviewed within 10 working days
    Commercial re-reviews within 5 working days.

  • Many permits are issued in the same day such as: decks, sheds, garages, basement finishes, and some commercial interior finishes where extensive zoning review is not required.
