for dogs; to provide exceptions to license fees for dogs; to

8) 99-62 Amending Chapter 6.12 of the LMC to increase the impoundment
fee for cats running at large; to increase the license fee
for cats; to alter the fee schedule for maintaining a hobby
kennel or cattery; & to increase the fees related to
