practitioners toreceive proper training before being issued a
permit; and prohibiting all body art, except body piercing, on

POLICY MOTION
Councilman Werner made a motion that if signatures representing
greater than 50% of total front footage are not received within
one year from creation of a district requiring such signatures
(Ornamental Lighting and Paving), Public Works shall bring the
created district back to the City Council for repeal. Seconded
