61)  03R-189   Approving an Annexation Agreement between the City
               of Lincoln, Pine Lake Association, and Sanitary
               and Improvement District No. 2 outlining certain
               conditions and understandings with regards to the
               annexation of approximately 160 acres of property
               generally located northwest of the intersection of
               South 84th Street and Pine Lake Road.
