               Chapter 2.81 of the Lincoln Municipal Code relating to

     OPEN MICROPHONE SESSION. OPEN MICROPHONE SESSIONS FOR NOVEMBER 
     WERE THE 5TH AND THE 19TH.THE OPEN MICROPHONE SESSION FOR 
     DECEMBER IS THE 10TH.
