maintenance of mechanical systems within
the City of Lincoln and within three miles
thereof and outside the limits of any other
incorporated city or village; providing for
the issuance of permits and collection of
fees therefor; repealing Chapter 25.03 of
the Lincoln Municipal Code as hitherto
existing; and establishing the operative
date as 60 days after passage of the
ordinance.

members present.

& Last Monday of each month.
