alarm businesses are exempt from having to

relating to Alarm User Permits to reduce fee
for commercial users to $40.00 and for

5.56.040, Alarm User Response, to add the
requirement of enhanced verification and to
allow alarm businesses to call in alarms from

is charged for the fourth through eight false
alarms and that a $250.00 false alarm fee is
charged for false alarms beyond the eighth;

amending Section 5.56.080 to change the
criminal penalties for having an unregistered
alarm system or business to a civil penalty.
