Brad Alderman from R-2 Residential District to
O-3 Office Park District on property generally
located at Highway 77 and West A Street.
Use Permit No. 126C - Requested by
Wilderness Woods Holdings, LLC for an amendment
to the Wilderness Woods Office Park to reduce
the amount of office square footage permitted
from 275,000 square feet to 225,000 square feet
