               and lot lines at right angles to street, on property 
               generally located at West Bennet Road and SW 14th Street.  
               The Planning Commission action is final, unless appealed to 
               the City Council.
               Special Permit No. 16028, for the sale of alcohol for 
               consumption on and off the premises, on property generally 
               located at 1050 Saltillo Road.  The Planning Commission 
               action is final, unless appealed to the City Council.

               Administrative Amendment No. 16028 to Use Permit #140E, 
               Appian Way Regional Shopping Center, approved by the 
               Planning Director on June 24, 2016, to revise the site
