Ms. Seng will not hold her usual Citizens Meeting in February. Instead, Coleen will be attending a Joint Lincoln Public Schools//City of Lincoln//Lancaster County Meeting being held 7:30 a.m. at that time and date. The Joint Meeting will be held prior to the Common Meeting on Monday, February 10, 2003 in the County/City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Conference Room 113.

Plan for a regular meeting on Monday, March 10th at 7:30 a.m. with Dana Roper, City Attorney, as the speaker. Join Councilwoman Seng on March 10th, 7:30 a.m. at the Cotner Center, 1540 North Cotner. (Please use the Fairfax Street door).
