All City Staff who have attended Coleen's Citizen Meetings in the past 16 years are invited, as well as the usual attendees of the Citizen Meetings. No campaigning, no discussion of City issues - just stop by for coffee and a roll or fruit before work. This is a "thank you" from Coleen.
