Our January Citizens' Meeting will offer Lincoln Citizens an opportunity to learn more about the Neighborhood Watch program. Lincoln Police Officer Russ Lloyd will be on hand to explain how neighbors can start their own programs, if a neighborhood does not already have a Watch program. He will also present ways that the programs and neighborhoods can help the Lincoln Police Department in its efforts to protect the City. I'm sure everyone will find this information helpful. The Neighborhood Watch Programs are an integral part of helping a community provide a safe environment for its citizens. Hope to see you there!
