Due to the hustle and bustle of the Holidays, we have decided to cancel our December Citizens' Meeting in order to give everyone the opportunity to share the Season's Limited Time Opportunities with family and friends. We send to each of you wishes for a very Happy Holiday and look forward to seeing everyone again on JANUARY 13, 2005.

I would also like to take this moment to thank everyone involved in preparing these meetings and those of you who have participated through the year for your input and caring. I look forward to a new year as we work together to keep Lincoln on course as a grand city and great hometown.
