City of Lincoln City Council Office Council Members Comments

We're going to start the new year off with a presentation by Wynn Hjermstad, Community Development Manager from the City's Urban Development Department. Ms. Hjermstad will discuss the 48th & "O" Street Project, explain T.I.F. (Tax Increment Financing) and the processes for dealing with blight, and answer any questions pertaining to these issues. Ms. Hjermstad is knowledgeable in her area of expertise and is happy to join us to help clarify any issues of concern that might exist regarding redevelopment planning.
