JULY 21ST - CITIZENS' MEETING
They're back again - that dynamic duo - Mr. Don Herz, City Finance Director, and City Budget Officer Steve Hubka will be the guest speakers at our July Citizens' Meeting. Any questions or suggestions you have regarding the proposed 2005-06 Lincoln City Budget can be brought forward with the assurance that you'll receive an insightful, straightforward and knowledgeable response. Mr. Herz has regained and maintained the City's AAA Bond Rating in his six years as the City's financial leader. Mr. Hubka has been the City's Budget Officer for nearly 15 years and has, in that capacity, lead the City successfully through many difficult budget cycles. We're happy to welcome them back and invite any interested citizens to greet them with your pertinent questions and your enthusiasm!
