JANUARY 19, 2006 - CITIZENS' MEETING
We couldn’t start off the 2006 New Year any better than having Dallas McGee giving us insight into Lincoln’s Downtown unanimously approved Master Plan.
Dallas, as the Assistant Director of Lincoln’s Urban Development, will discuss various catalysts to the Downtown Master Plan including, but not limited to, estimates of the market demand for residential, office, retail and hotel uses for Downtown Lincoln into the future.
Explanation into how the major land use and development policies
develop a strong downtown helps us understand why this is so important
to the surrounding neighborhoods and the entire community! The Plan
guides development over upcoming years so Lincoln can enjoy the success
of urban transformation.
