NORTHEAST CITIZENS’ MEETING


THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2006


If you’ve ever wondered why one case is being prosecuted and not another, what really constitutes a felony versus a misdemeanor, or who would be eligible for pre-trial diversion don’t miss this month’s meeting with Chief City Prosecutor, John McQuinn.

John will answer our questions, explaining what the City Prosecutors Office encounters on a daily basis, the way in which the law works to help people, what the public expects out of him and his office, and how the Prosecution Division upholds all City Ordinances.

With his experience John works within the Court System presenting facts and prosecuting cases but at the same time continues close contact with program case managers for persons eligible to participate. We have provided John with a time period to answer your questions.
