Have you ever felt the need to have a liaison, someone who is a contact person, between City Departments and yourself? Our guest speaker this month is Lin Quenzer, Ombudsman for the City of Lincoln.

In her position Lin coordinates assistance for citizens who have questions, complaints, problems or concerns with City government, all the while working with designated individuals from each department to ensure concerns are properly addressed.

With the knowledge of the Lincoln Municipal Code, and the rules and regulations of City departments as they pertain to the resolution of citizen concerns, Lin handles difficult situations diplomatically and efficiently.
