NORTHEAST CITIZENS’ MEETING

This month our guest speaker is Mr. Christopher Connolly, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lincoln.

Do you ever wonder if fences really make good neighbors? Chris will let us know a home owner’s moral and legal rights and responsibilities as a neighbor, and to a neighbor. Chris will give ways a home owner can be the best at “mending fences” by sharing what can cause disputes concerning matters such as property lines, overhanging branches, flow of water, or shared driveways, and how home owners can arrive at satisfactory conclusions.

As well, Chris will give examples of past disputes and their solutions, and the resources to learn more and to find help and advice.

We feel there will be lots of questions on this topic and Chris plans on leaving time for this interaction.
