We are very excited to have Doug Ahlberg, Emergency Management Director, this month. As we look forward to spring and summer Doug will explain the response capabilities of Lincoln Lancaster County Emergency Management, and include information on being a storm ready person, family, and community.

Nebraska’s severe weather includes tornadoes, heavy rain, strong winds, large hail, lightning, horrible flooding, and drought. Doug will give tips on what to do when storms, of any kind, approach, and explain the role that Emergency Management plays in all situations.

After his presentation Doug will answer your specific questions.
