Meeting called to order at 2000 by President Densberger.
Roll call answered by Ceresco, Crete, Firth, Hickman, Lincoln Malcolm, Pleasant Dale, Southeast, Southwest, Waverly, Valparaiso, Health Department, 911, Star Care and Emergency Management.
Minutes from the meeting at the EOC/911 center read.
Treasurers report was presented. Motion to accept by Crete second by Ceresco.
OLD BUSINESS
The Health department brought the storm manifests from Hallam and the county cleanup. Doug has turned in the APR's from the storm and we may get recouped for equipment costs.
NEW BUSINESS
Hickman is having real problems getting pages with the Norris link gone, D & D is going to temporarily program their new pagers to be used off the Hallam power station link.
COMMUNICATIONS
Jim has 6 of the lists from the chiefs for what they want to spend the additional $5,000.00 for Need to get these in soon. Doug from D & D brought in prices and information on the vehicle charger/conditioners. He has the pagers programmed for everyone that has turned in their information. The radios are on the way and D & D would like to start installs as soon as possible. The radio shop has the Military tower up and running with north dispatch and paging. The last update from them is everything is ready to go at the Jensen park south site as soon as some brackets that were supposed to come with the hardware they ordered show up. 911 and the Radio shop are planning on discussing system implementation at the nest meeting on August 16th at SCC. If everyone can attend we can get on line and running that much sooner !
