Meeting was called to order at 20:10 by President Densberger.

Roll call was answered by Malcolm, Alvo, Lincoln, Raymond, Eagle, Palmyra, Hallam, Crete, Southeast, Southwest, Star Care, Emergency Management, Health Department, and 911 or City Radio Shop. Minutes from the meeting at Southwest Fire Station 1 were read and approved. No Treasurer's report was given due to an illness of the Secretary / Treasurer.

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS
Doug Ahlberg gave a report on the 2007 Homeland Security Grant also on Homeland Security State Strategy on radio commutations. If anyone has an idea for something that the Mutual - Aid needs or should try for in this grant contact Doug Ahlberg or Jim Densberger. There was also some discussion about the repeaters for the fire department and how to get frequencies from the surrounding Counties and or Fire Districts. Doug will draw up a letter of agreement in regards to radio frequencies to be used as and interlocal agreement between Counties and or Fire Districts.

• Pancake Feed at Malcolm Fire Station March 4, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Plane Crash Training sometime in July
• Flash over trailer at Hallam late in April or early May.

• Malcolm has a set of Hurst Tool Jaws of Life (rams, spreaders, and shears) For Sale.
