Meeting was called to order at 2000 by President Densberger.

Roll call was answered by: Bennet, Crete, Eagle, Greenwood, Lincoln, Malcolm, Palmyra, Raymond, Southeast, Emergency Management, Health Department, N State Fire Marshal and 911 .

Minutes from the meeting at the SCC/LFR classroom were read and approved.

The Treasurer's report was read and approved .

OLD BUSINESS:
The contract to put the Hallam power plant equipment in service has been signed.

NEW BUSINESS:
Dan Huse with the Health Department and the MMRS committee has bags of non encapsulated HAZMAT suits that haven’t been picked up by Mutual aid departments yet call him at 441 3897 to arrange picking up. You will need to do this soon as Dan is moving to Colorado and getting married. We will be sad to see Dan go as he has helped us out in many ways. We will be saying goodbye to Dan the April meeting. Attend the meeting and help us give him a send off ! Eric Rasmussen says be sure and remember 1st 2nd and 3rd choices on your fire school registrations. The bill LB160 for departments to donate NFPA approved equipment to other departments is moving along. Eric says the First Responder transport bill is at a standstill and has been indefinitely postponed.

EVENTS:

• Firefighters seminar at Chadron NE 4/28 and 4/29/07
• Plane Crash Training sometime in July
• Flash over trailer at Hallam late in April or early May.

• Malcolm has a set of Hurst Tool Jaws of Life (rams, spreaders, and shears) For Sale.

• Palmyra: 2 fire, 6 rescue
• Raymond: 3 fire, 3 rescue
