Treasurers report read and approved. Motion by Southeast second by Palmyra.
Greg Hall discussed the results of the EMS committee meetings so far. They have met with LFR and are meeting with Midwest Medical on March 5th
Crete has received a grant to purchase a live fire training simulator. They are open to having any of the mutual aid departments train with them. The USAR team would like to host a mutual aid meeting at their facility. The Health Department will give up one of their meetings this year so that USAR can host one. Possibly the July meeting. Eric Rasmussen said there was a good turn out for the Les Lukert conference in GI. Fire School registration books are printed and should be mailed. Should be online by 3/9 or 3/10 on the NSVFA website. The line of duty death state team made a presentation and also the Chief and some of the officers from Wymore spoke about their line of duty death. It was a very informative presentation. They have a webpage and a newsletter. Their are 43 members on the team. Members from our county include Karla Houfek, Bruce Messenger and Leo Benes. Nebraska is one of only 4 states in the US that donít have any state benefits for line of duty death.
