Minutes read and approved. No treasurers report due to my absence.

EMS
The committee is looking for requests for proposals by the end of April to Mid May

NEW BUSINESS
Star Care updated some new call in numbers for East and West ER’s. East is 481 8644 and West is 481 5142. The helicopter has moved over to West. Doug Ahlberg says the Department of Energy will be starting to move energy materials. Doug will be having some response training for this. They will be moving 35 units a month through 2019. Doug has also ordered 50 Aerometers that register windspeed temperature and barometer. He will distribute them one per department. A question was asked if Star Care would help with Aerial searches. They would secondary to NSP’s helicopter. a discussion was had about updating radio protocols. We would like to have better contact with medic units. Also a question was asked on what channels were recorded. 911 Dispatcher Denny Roth passed away the executive committee is looking at possibly getting a plaque to remember him. Mark Murphy from 911 is inquiring on prices.
