Meeting was called to order at 20:00 by VP Reifschneider

Roll call was answered by: Bennet, Cortland, Crete, Firth, Lincoln, Palmyra, Southeast, Southwest, Valparaiso, Health Dept., 911, and Emergency Management

Minutes from October meeting read and approved.

Treasurers report read and approved, motion by Southeast, second by Palmyra..

OLD BUSINESS
Starcare wants to make sure that we all know they aren’t part of the LFR transport agreement. The don’t charge to be put on standby. Crete has had 2 departments show interest in buying their 2 ½ “ hose.

NEW BUSINESS
Crete has their 1992 First response truck for sale . Phil Nalley asked if anyone was interested in doing a boot drive for MDA. Phil is waiting for some state statutes before h talks to the State Patrol. A motion was made by myself and LFR to donate $50.00 to the 911 mitten tree for underprivileged kids. Second by Palmyra. Motion passed.

ELECTIONS
All Officers from the previous year were retained by unanimous decision.

• NSVFA legislative breakfast 1/20/09 0730 at the capitol.
• Tri County mutual aid mini fire school at Boystown 1/24/09
• Les Lukert Conference in Grand Island 2/20-2/21

• Crete: 8 Fire, 39 rescue, 2 standby, 1 false
• Palmyra: 1 fire, 1 rescue
• Southeast: 2 fire, 4 rescue, 2 HAZMAT
