Treasurers report to be given next meeting.
Hazmat IQ will be held from 12/6/09 through 12/10/09. The class on the 6th is tenantively to be scheduled from 1200-2000. The classes during the work week will be from 0800-1700.
Some members wonder if Midwest Medical should be asked to become a dues paying member of the Association since they are using our radio system and respond with some of us on calls. Bruce Messenger gave a presentation on the Nebraska Fire and Rescue memorial and on the Line of Duty death responders group and the things they have that are available to us. He also brought out their trailer to show us the things they have. They are trying to get a $ 2,000.00 donation from every department in Nebraska to get the memorial built. Crete Hospital is starting a Paramedic response unit.
The contract is mostly completed. It has been sent to Jim Egr and Jerry Stilmock for review and also to the City Attorney for Lincoln.
