Treasurers reports read and approved. Motion by Palmyra, 2nd by Pleasant Dale
Hazmat IQ will be held from 12/6/09 through 12/10/09. The class on the 6th is tentatively to be scheduled from 1200-2000. The classes during the work week will be from 0800-1700. Our anhydrous issues will be delt with by the Fire Marshals office.
Adams Rescue and Elmwood Rescue have both asked to become members of our Mutual Aid Association. The motion was made by Palmyra and seconded by Southeast. Motion passed unanimously and their dues have been paid. Need to update the Mutual Aid agreement and add them both. Elmwood is also interested in becoming a member on the Ambulance contract with LFR. We will have them get with Greg Hall on getting added to the contract.
Greg stil needs checks from Greenwood and Clatonia and Greenwood, Southeast and Valparaiso need to sign theirs and get them back to him.
911 Protocol review committee
911 in response to our requests to change all Rescue alarm traffic accidents to be paged out using the term Rescue Alarm to alert us to the fact of what resources are being sent to us. After discussion it was decided to have the term used on all major incidents such as trench collapse and entrapment type calls. Lindsey will work with us any time she can to assist us with changes.
