Roll call answered by Ceresco, Cortland, Crete,Firth, Hickman, Malcolm, Palmyra, Pleasant Dale, Raymond, Southeast, Southwest, Waverly, Health Department and 911.

Minutes approved as read by VP Reifschneider.

Treasurer’s report read and approved.

BUSINESS:
Dr Mlinek made a presentation on the Special Olympics. Mutual Aid won’t be participating as transport units due to the difficulty of working around the City Ambulance contract. Southwest brought up that the frequency splits in 2013 on the paging system will either force us to go to either Motorola Minitor 5’s or another type of pager. Thinking of looking at a grant for this or other ways of financing. Southwest would be willing to sponser the grant if we use a committee approach like the last radio grant. Palmyras new Ambulance should be in service by next meeting as well as Southeasts two new Engines. Ceresco is getting new MSA SCBAs and Raymond has a new compressor.

EMS:
3rd quarter invoices are out for the contract.

EVENTS:

• 8/14/10 - Eagle Raceway Volunteer Firefighter night.
• NEMA state terrorism functional exercise 9/22 at the Greenwood fuel storage area.

CALLS:

• Crete: 5 fire, 31 rescue
• Hickman: 3 fire, 5 rescue
• Pleasant Dale: 5 rescue
• Raymond: 7 fire, 13 rescue, 2 dive rescue
• Southeast: 5 fire, 7 rescue
