Meeting called to order at 20:00 by President Densberger

Roll call answered by Bennet, Cortland, Crete, Firth, Hallam, Hickman, Malcolm, Palmyra, Pleasant Dale, Southeast, Health Department Star Care and 911.

Minutes approved.

Treasurer’s report read and approved. Motion by Bennet 2nd by Pleasant Dale.

Paul Haith from Fire Extrication Hazmat billing made a presentation on how he could help us bill for calls other than Ambulance calls.He made a very good case for what he could bill for us. He only charges 10 % of what is collected and charges nothing if he doesn’t collect.

BUSINESS
I am working on a new mailing and phone number list. Fourth quarter statements are out for the EMS contract and next years contract is being worked on. I will speak with Julie about removing Rural Fire from cancellation pages for storm alerts. Contact Eric Rasmussen about Legislative issues. NSVFA is looking for info on Firefighters that have passed in the last year for the Memorial service. The Memeorial garden at the Museum will be opening 9/26. Fire marshal Training Division part time Instructors are back to work. Lot of classes coming up that will be on their website. The question was asked if there is any interest in a Mutual Aid Honor Guard like LFR has. Hickamn wanted to thank everyone that gave assistance on their bodyshop fire and Bennet wanted to thank everyone for the help with their Funeral Detail.
