Meeting was called to order by President Densberger.

Roll call was answered by Bennet, Ceresco, Crete, Cortland, Firth, Hickman, Hallam, Lincoln, Malcolm, Pleasant Dale, Raymond, Southeast, Waverly, 911 Center, Star Care, Red Cross, Health Department, and Emergency Management.

Minutes from July 18th were read and approved.

No Treasurer's report.

BUSINESS
Margaret Keith From Car Star talked about first responder emergency extrication training FREE to be held in Lincoln on Tues. Oct 11 @ 5 pm and in Omaha Wed. Oct. 12 & Thur. Oct. 13 @ 5 pm, fliers were handed out. Classes held at Lincoln Wenzl Car Star 4515 N 62 street and Omaha Sliver Hammer Car Star 4827 N 90 street and Northwest Car Star 3304 N 120 street. There was discussion on radio trouble still in the south half of county. The radio shop is still trying to trouble shoot the problem. Air Show September 9-10-11, Southeast Fire & Raymond Fire will have an ambulance at the show the 10 & 11

Committees
Pager Grant- Pager are not high on the list of things that grant are paying for this round. Committee will still keep working on this for rural fire departments in the mutual aid.

EMS- Greg Hall report on Mayor's Budget and LFR Ambulance services in the county & mutal aid departments.FY 11/12 Mayor's budget $3,980,123 Number of medical incidents (4-1-10 to 3-31-11) 15092 Cost per incident (rounded) $264.00 Number of county calls (4-1-10 to 3-31-11) 361 Total yearly cost to contracting fire districts $95,304
