Every Woman Matters


What is Every Woman Matters?
Every Woman Matters is a program that can help women, 40-64 years, get a women’s health exam including a clinical breast exam, mammogram, pelvic exam and Pap test.

How do women qualify for Every Woman Matters?
40-64 years of age
  Women UNDER AGE 40 who have breast or cervical concerns, please call Every Woman Matters at 441-6264 to determine eligibility for diagnostic services.
Have a low to medium income
Does not have Medicaid or Medicare
Does not have insurance with a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

Screening Exams Offered:
Pelvic exam with a Pap test
Clinical breast exam
Teaching of breast self-exam
Blood pressure check
Cholesterol check
Blood sugar (glucose) check
Mammogram
