Purpose:

Information & Referral is a call-in telephone service offering Information & Referrals on health related topics and concerns. Individuals may call to speak with a nurse regarding health issues/concerns/services. Health and medical calls are triaged by a Public Health Nurse and appropriate referrals are made to community resources. Call Community Health Services Information & Referral Line at 402-441-6258.

Hours:

Calls are taken Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 4:30. Closed holidays.

Cost:

No charge for this service.
