Aging Partners has eight counties in our service area. Each county along with Aging Partners create local plans based on the population and resources in their communities.
Each county is jointly sponsored by County, State and Federal funds made available through their County Board of Commissioners or County Board of Supervisors and Aging Partners.
Contributions for services, fees and donations directly support the program.
Each county in the Aging Partners eight-county services area is dedicated to helping individuals, age 60 and over, live independently and remain an active and vital part of the community. There are resources for adults age 60 and over and their families for information about the network of services available and they work to provide all older individuals access to social, educational and recreational programs.
All activities and services in each county partnered with Aging Partners are provided without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or disability.
