It works to improve library services through the efficient use of funds, to support adequate funding for library services, and to promote the best use of all library resources.   This board is responsible for the control and management of the property, personnel, facilities, equipment and finances of the Lincoln Electric System.

• Lincoln Housing Authority Board

  The Board of Commissioners is the policy-making body of the Lincoln Housing Authority. It selects and employs the Executive Director and is responsible for the bylaws, tenant admission and continued occupancy policies, personnel policy, procurement policy, investment policy, authorization of new applications for financial assistance in developing subsidized housing, and approval of board meeting minutes.
