Join us for Lincoln's free, official Independence Day Celebration, Monday, July 3 at Oak Lake Park. The family fun starts at 3 p.m. and refreshments from food vendors will be for sale throughout the afternoon.

Canoeing, bingo, disc golf, NEOS, volleyball, water balloon toss, paddle pitch, Gaga Pit, parachute, kites and much more!

Carnival games, Jumbo Jam, face painting, archery, balloon twisting and more!

Soul Dawg performance begins (ends at 9:30)
Soul Dawg's musical repertoire draws heavily on Top 40/soul/funk/R&B music from the 60s/70s/80s, including the songs of Earth, Wind, & Fire, Ohio Players, Stevie Wonder, The Commodores, Kool & the Gang, and KC & the Sunshine Band, to name a few.

Take the StarTran Shuttle

- 9th and "Q" streets
- Gold's Galleria
- 11th and "O" streets
- County-City north parking
- Northeast corner of 9th and "H" streets
- County-City south parking
- Southeast corner of 9th and "K" streets
Ample free parking is available at Oak Lake Park and the surrounding area. More parking can be found at the festival space north of Pinnacle Bank Arena and in the Haymarket Park lots. The public is encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic delays.
Handi-Van service is available for those eligible, and reservations can be made by calling StarTran at 402-441-7109.
