Mayor Don Wesely today said he was very pleased with the announcement by Garner Industries that the firm was breaking ground on a new $5.5 million manufacturing plant in northeast Lincoln.
"The City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development have been working with Garner Industries CEO Phil Mullin for months on this project," Mayor Wesely said. "The city and county are proud of the growth and success of Garner Industries, which was founded in Lincoln in 1954. We look forward to the company’s continued success in Lincoln."
Garner Industries supplies tooling, machining and plastic injection molding for industry; manufactures level controls for measuring bulk materials; and is the leading manufacture of tape erasers for audio, video and data storage media.
