Traffic will split on East "O" Street between 52nd Street and Eastridge Drive beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, August 29 to allow crews to build medians and turn lanes in the middle of the street and to rebuild business driveways on the south side.

Westbound traffic will travel in one lane on the north side of "O" Street, and eastbound traffic will travel in one lane on the south side of the street. Left turns will be allowed at 56th Street and North Cotner Boulevard. South Cotner Boulevard remains closed between "O" and Randolph. Individual driveways on the south side of "O" Street will be opened to eastbound traffic as the contractor finishes them.

"N" Street is now open to local traffic between 56th Street and South Cotner Boulevard. Access from "O" Street to South 52nd Street, which has been closed for water main and paving work, will reopen on Thursday, August 29 when traffic splits.
