Governor Dave Heineman has granted the request of Mayor Chris Beutler for flags to be flown at half staff in Lincoln Saturday, July 7 until sunset in honor of Cpl. Dustin Lee Workman II of Greenwood, who was killed June 28 while on duty in Iraq. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow at at the New Covenant Community Church in Lincoln.
