Mayor Announces Four-Day Festival to Celebrate Abraham Lincoln's 200th Birthday

Crime in Lincoln Falls Dramatically in First Half of 2008

Mayor Beutler released statistics July 31 showing a 19.4 percent drop in overall reported crime in the first six
months of this year. Joining him were Police Chief Tom Casady and Jon Carlson, who manages the Stronger Safer
Neighborhoods Initiative.
