The Lincoln City Council would like to hear the public's opinions on a proposal to change the Council's weekly meeting time from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The last meeting of the month will continue to begin at 5:30 p.m. City Council Chair Doug Emery said the Council is considering the time change to make it more convenient for the public to attend meetings. The Council is scheduled to vote on the time change at its meeting on Monday, June 22.
