The recycling drop-off site at 19th and "L" streets is moving to 21st and "N" streets south of the Randolph Car Wash early next week. The 19th Street site will close Monday February 28th, and the 21st Street site will open Tuesday, March 1. The relocation is necessary due to the widening of 19th Street that is part of the Antelope Valley Project.
