5 CITY-TV, government access cable channel 5, is again carrying live programming after a technical issue was resolved today. The channel has been unable to air live meetings and events since May 15 due to a Time Warner Cable outage. All programs continue to be available through live video-streaming online at 5tv.lincoln.ne.gov. Many programs also are available through video on demand.
