Lincoln City Libraries (LCL) is partnering with Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra (LSO) to present Madcap Puppets performer Dylan Shelton at two libraries for free 30-minute presentations next week:
Shelton will be performing the children's fairy tale "The Gingerbread Man." Attendees will see multiple puppets all performed by Shelton, and will have the opportunity to ask questions and see the puppets up close. No registration is required.
"LSO is always proud to partner with community organizations to bring music and the performing arts to all in Lincoln," said Lindsay Bartlett, LSO Community Partnerships Manager. "We are thrilled to bring Madcap Puppets to Lincoln, and are grateful to the Lincoln City Libraries for presenting this program."
Shelton and the rest of Madcap Puppet Theater will perform Phantom of the Music Hall with LSO at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 22, at O'Donnell Auditorium on the Nebraska Wesleyan University campus, 50th Street and Huntington Avenue.
