Aging Partners invites the public to an open house at the Northeast Senior Center Saturday, September 24 as part of the Havelock Fall Festival. The open house is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 6310 Platte Ave. The open house will give seniors and their families a chance to see recent renovations to the center, including the new computer lab.
Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and includes a hamburger sandwich, black bean salad, chips and fresh fruit. There is a $4 suggested meal contribution for people age 60 and over and an $8 fee for people under age 60. Musician Jimmy Mack will perform from noon to 1 p.m.
