Lincoln City Libraries to Host Musical Storytime October 17

Lincoln City Libraries and Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra (LSO) will host a free musical preschool storytime featuring actor Adam Goos, 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 17 at Eiseley Branch Library, 1530 Superior Street.

Goos will perform with LSO during their production of "A Family for Treble" on October 22. He portrays Treble, a music-loving dog, who searches for his "furr-ever" home within the orchestra. Goos will teach the audience about the instrument families in the orchestra and how their sounds are produced. Afterwards, LSO will demonstrate orchestral instruments, and participants will have the opportunity to play them in an "instrument petting zoo" sponsored by Dietze Music.
