Aging Partners Director Randy Jones today announced that the Aging Partners Senior Center in Hickman will be relocating October 10 to the new Hickman Community Center, 115 Locust St. The senior center is currently located in the Hickman Presbyterian Church.
"We are very thankful for the generosity and warm welcome we've received from the people of Hickman, their local government and Community Center staff," said Jones. "They have been very accommodating. We are very excited to be moving into their beautiful new facility and look forward to continue serving seniors in the community and surrounding area."
The new senior center will continue its regular hours on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering hot noon meals and sack lunches to individuals age 60 and over. The center will also provide exercise programs, events, recreational activities, informational presentations and a great place to meet and visit with friends.
