  • Read and understand the lease agreement
  • Purchase Renter's Insurance to protect valuables
  • Ask where to park your vehicle if you have one
  • Consider living near a school if you have children

Agencies can assist in finding suitable housing:

  • Old trailer homes are not good investments. They can not be moved anywhere else and are often in very poor conditions.
  • Know whether or not your landlord allows pets before getting a dog, cat, or bird.
