Building Rentals

Fees:
$43/hour - Lobby, Classroom, Game Room, Kitchen

Gym Use/Walking - Ages 15+*
Stop by to shoot hoops or walk in the gym. Call for availability outside of hours listed below.
Day: Monday-Friday   |   Time: 7:30a-4:30p   |   Fee: $2/person

Weight Room - Ages 9th Grade+*
Our Cage System offers a Weight Training package to satisfy any lifter with lofty goals! Smith Linear System, Upper & Lower Cables, Pec Dec, Squats, Preacher Curls, Leg Extension/Leg Curl, and Multi-Position Benches + Free Weights.

Cardio Area - Ages 9th Grade+*
Cardio Area includes Recumbent bike and Treadmill.
Days: Monday-Friday   |   Time: 7:30a-4:30p   |   Fee: $2.00/visit or punch card $21/12 visits
*Youth younger than high school age must be accompanied by a parent.


Adaptive Recreation Programs
For Youth and Adults With Special Needs

Developmental Play Group - Ages 6m - 5 years
We offer a safe family friendly environment, structured activities, opportunities to interact with other parents, professional presentations, adaptive toys to accomodate children of all abilities, trained staff and volunteers, an opportunity for siblings to play together, and a special time to play with your child. Call 402-416-7607 for an application. Program is held at Ager Play Center, 1300 South 27th St. Session start date: June 19

Adult Day Structure Programs
Our programs are held in a supportive, caring environment, with trained and experienced staff , kind and caring volunteers, and community specialists leading groups and special programs. Clients are encouraged to set personal goals and participate in a broad spectrum of programs. A few of our Program Off erings include: Exercise & Physical Activities, Arts & Crafts, Gardening, Theatre/Drama, Nutrition & Cooking, Leisure Education, Life Skills, Special Events/ Holiday Parties, Community Outings, and much, much more! Varied recreational and social activities with additional fees for some activities plus $1/month dues.

Friendship Club - Ages 22-35
Varied recreational and social activities with additional fees for some activities plus $1/month dues.

Social Club - Ages 36+
Varied recreational and social activities with additional fees for some activities plus $1/month dues.

Co-ed Bowling League
Four person teams. Teams bowl three games each week following regulation league rules and handicaps. Trophies will be awarded.

Adult Ceramics - Ages 17+
Participants will paint 1-3 pieces of greenware with the assistance of instructors. Fee includes the cost of project supplies. All classes held at Calvert Community Center, 4500 Stockwell St. Call 402-441-7877 to register.

Adaptive Recreation Coed Bowling League
Four person teams. Teams bowl three games each week following regulation league rules and handicaps. Trophies will be awarded. Pre-registration required. This session will be held at Hollywood Bowl. Start Date: Mar 1   |   Days: Saturdays
Weeks: 14
Session times: 1-3:30 pm
Fee: $7 Seasonal spring bowling league fee plus $7/week for 3 games. *Door to door transportation available for an additional fee of $20 for the session.


Adaptive Recreation Creativity Camps
Art Extravaganza Camp: Ages 13-Young Adults
Will be held at Easterday Recreation Center (6130 Adams Street). Campers will receive instruction in painting, drawing, ceramics and pottery.
Start Date: July 21   |   Days: Mon-Fri
Times: 1:15-4:15 pm
Fee: $66.00/person
*Door to door transportation available for an additional fee of $20 for the session.

Adaptive Recreation SumFun 2014 Day Camp: Ages 5-21
SumFun is a camp designed to meet the needs of youth with intellectual and physical disabilities. The program off ers a wide range of recreation activities which provide opportunities for social interaction and aid in the development of physical and social skills. SumFun is designed to provide a paid staff to participant ratio of 1-4. Activities will include arts & crafts, games, music, sports, swimming and fi eld trips. Participants will be assigned to camp groups according to their age. Enrollment is limited. Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Call 402-441-7948 (Easterday Recreation Center) for further information or to register. Camp is based out of Auld Pavilion (1650 Memorial Drive) in Antelope Park. No camp week of June 30.

*Door to door transportation is available within Lincoln for an additional fee of $20 per session. If the camper has not previously attended SumFun, Fun Club, or Hi-Time Club, please register in person at Easterday Recreation Center (6130 Adams).
